We are resident doctors offering a series of online teaching sessions to final year medical students on clinical knowledge and data interpretation skills they will be needing as foundation doctors. This online teaching series has run successfully in recent years. Via mock cases and practice questions, the series “Crash Course Finals”, will cover the following topics:
- General Surgery
- Gastroenterology / Hepatology
- Acute Medicine – common on call scenarios
- Paediatrics
- T&O / ENT – the on-call surgical doctor
- Further sessions TBA – we will gauge what participants would find useful closer to their finals and can tailor sessions accordingly!
These free sessions will be approximately 30-45 minutes with a 10 minute Q&A, once a week for the next couple of months on Microsoft teams.
