NHS Digital Staff Passport – looking for students to help with user testing

Help to test new NHSE admin-reducing service

NHS England are seeking volunteers to test a new digital service: the Digital Staff Passport. The service is designed to reduce the amount of admin and face-to-face ID checks that NHS staff have to go through every time they move posts or rotate between trusts. See here for details.

We’re looking for volunteers to try out a prototype version of the service to help us identify how it can be improved.

Sessions are held one-to-one with an NHSE researcher via a Teams call. They typically take 30-45 minutes and can be arranged at a time to suit you.

The service is still in its infancy, so this is an opportunity to have a direct input to its development. Participants will receive a £25 online shopping voucher in recognition of the value of your contribution.

If you’d like to help us reduce the admin burden you and your colleagues face, please contact england.dsp.ur@nhs.net so we can arrange your session with the Digital Staff Passport Design team.
