National Undergraduate Oncology Conference, Northwest
Introducing the inaugural Northwest division of the National Undergraduate Oncology Conference 2025!
Moonshot 2025 is the inaugural NUOC Northwest Conference, bringing together undergraduate students societies across the Northwest of England to propel change in cancer care.
- When? – Saturday April 5th, 2025; 9-5pm
- Where? – Samuel Alexander Building, The University of Manchester
Ticket sales will be out soon, but in the meantime, we invite all undergraduate students to submit an abstract in any topic related to Oncology and Cancer research. The best abstracts have the opportunity to present to experts on a national scale, either as a poster or a flash talk.

NUOC Northwest is an inter-university collaboration between the student oncology societies of The University of Manchester (Preston), The University of Leeds, University of Central Lancashire, University of Liverpool and Lancaster University – led by medical students, for students.
